Russel Metals is one of the largest metals distribution and processing companies in North America (based on revenues and tons sold). In order to maintain our position as a market leader, we endeavor to provide our customers with competitively priced, quality metal products and timely delivery.
Russel Metals conducts its distribution business primarily in three segments: metals service centers; energy tubular products; and steel distributors. The company is one of the few metals distribution companies in the world to operate a significant international trading operation in conjunction with service centers.
METALS SERVICE CENTERS
Purchase metal in large volumes from producers principally in North America, add value by providing a wide range of value added services, and distributes products to a broad base of approximately 18,000 end users through a network of 58 Canadian and 12 U.S. locations.
Canadian Operations Within Canada, our steel service centers operate under the names Russel Metals, Russel Drilling and Industrial Supply, A. J. Forsyth, B&T Steel, Milspec Industries, Metaux Russel, Mégantic Métal, Acier Leroux , Leroux Steel, McCabe Steel, Métaux Russel Produits Spécialisés, Russel Metals Specialty Products, Acier Loubier, York- Ennis and Acier Richler.

U.S. Operations Our U.S. service center operations are conducted under the names Russel Metals Williams Bahcall , Baldwin International, JMS Russel Metals Corp and Norton Metals . The Williams Bahcall operation focuses primarily on the distribution of general line carbon products through three facilities in Wisconsin. Baldwin International distributes specialty alloy products through its facility in Ohio. JMS Russel Metals Corp. distributes steel and aluminum products through nine locations in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas.

ENERGY TUBULAR PRODUCTS
The business units distribute pipe, tube, valves and fittings, chiefly to the energy sector in Western Canada and the Western United States from 5 Canadian and 2 U.S. locations. The Canadian locations operate under the names Comco Pipe & Supply, Fedmet Tubulars and Triumph Tubular & Supply, while the U.S. locations operate under the names Pioneer Pipe and Spartan Steel Products
STEEL DISTRIBUTORS
Primarily imports foreign steel products into Canada and the United States for customers that include both steel mills and metals distribution companies. This business segment operates from Canada as Wirth Steel and from the U.S. as the Sunbelt Group and performs coil processing under Arrow Steel Processors.
